Puttu made of rice flour – 2 Kutti
Urud dal – 2 tea spoon
Mustard seed – 2 tea spoon
Green chilly – 3
Curry leaves – 2 strand
Dried chilly – 2
Ginger – small pieces
Shallots – 4
Coconut oil – 3 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion into it and saute. Add mustard seed, urud dal and make it to splutter. Then add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger into it and saute. Then add the scrambled puttu into it and mix.
