Bread – 1 packet
Boneless fish – 1 kilo
Coconut – 1 ½ cup
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
Tomato – 4
Roti – as required
Onion – 3
Ginger – 1 piece
Green chillies – 7
Curry leaves – 3 stem
Salt – to taste
Turmeric powder as required

Method of preparation

Boil the fish by adding turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside. take a pan heat oil and add chopped onion, ginger, green chilly, garlic, curry leaves and saute. Along with this add the grated coconut and roast it till it become light brown colour. add the boiled fish into it and mix. Keep the stove in low flame and keep stirring it. can cut the bread in any shape which you prefer and later stuff the fish masala. Sandwich ready.
