Idli Rice – 3 cup
Pachari – 1 cup
Soya beans – 1 cup
Urud dal – ¾ cup
Fenugreek seed – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required
Oil – as required

Method of preparation

Take the Idli Rice, Pachari, fenugreek seed, urud dal and soak it in water for two hours. Take another vessel and soak the soya beans for 6 hours. After getting soaked grind all these and make a soft batter by adding required salt. Take a dosa Tawa and grease it with oil and pour one spoon into the tawa and spread it round. Flip it and cook both side. Serve hot.
