Idli Rice – 3 cup
Pachari – 1 cup
Soya beans – 1 cup
Urud dal ( black gram) – ¾ cup
Fenugreek – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the Idli rice, pachari, urud dal, and fenugreek seed for two hours. Soak the soya beans in separate vessel for six hours. Later grind all these and make thick batter. Grease the dosa tawa with oil and prepare dosas. Can serve hot
