Chappathi – 2
Egg – 1
Soya chunks – 1 cup
Chopped cucumber – 4 table spoon
Raddish chopped – 4 table spoon
Pudina chutney – 2 table spoon
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Soak soya chunks in water. Take the egg and beat it nicely. Cook the soaked soya chunks in a cooker or a vessel by adding required salt. remove it from the flames and keep it aside. when it get cooled add garam masala, cucumber, radish into it and mix. Take a tawa and heat. Take the cooked chappathi , dip it in the beaten egg and put it in the tawa and cook. You can add little oil in tawa while cooking the chappathi. Spread the pudina chutney into it and then keep the prepared soya mixture and make a roll. Then keep it in the tawa and heat both sides. soy chappathi roll is ready to serve.
