1.Pachari – 250 gram
2.Wheat powder – 500 gram
3.Jaggery – 250 gram
4.Grated coconut – 2 spoon
5.Cardamom – 2

Method of preparation

1.Clean the rice and soak it in water. Then grind it to become thick batter.
2.Add wheat powder, jaggery, cardamom powder, and required water and knead it thoroughly. Add grated coconut and mix well
3.Heat the dosa tawa and grease it with oil . then pour one spoon of batter into it and spread round and cook
