Sabudhana – 1 cup
Potato – 1
Green Peas – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Green chillies – 2
Ghee – 1 tea spoon
Sugar – ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves, salt

Method of preparation

Soak the sabhudana in water for one whole night. Sabhudhana should be soaked in a medium size vessel in 2 cup of water. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seed. Allow it to splutter,. Later add chopped green chillies. Cut the potato and add into it. Fry it for some time. When the the potato becomes brown colour add the peas into it and mix. Add grated coconut and mix. Add the soaked sabudhana after removing the water. Then add sugar and salt. When it gets cooked add the chopped coriander leaves and serve.
