Ingredients :

Rava ( Sooji) – ½ Kilo
Coconut – ½ portion
Salt – As required

Method of preparation :

Roast the Rava on a medium low flame stirring occasionally. Remove it from the flame from heat when it starts changing it colour lightly. Allow it to cool. Add salt to the roasted rava . Sprinkle little water and mix it using your hand. Keep on adding water little by little till the rava becomes wet fully and resembles bread crumbs. Take the mould for making puttu. Fill the rava mixture followed by coconut. and cook it by allowing it to steam.
