Rava ( suji) – 1 cup
Ghee – 3 table spoon
Soda powder – ¼ tea spoon
Green chillies – 3 nos – cut into small pieces
Cashew nut – chopped – ¼ cup
Coriander leaves ( chopped small) – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Curd – 1 ½ cup
Salt – as required
Oil – to grease the idli mould
Curry leaves – little

Method of preparation

Take a pan and add one spoon of ghee into it and heat it. Then add the cashew nut and fry till it becomes red colour. Then take out and keep it aside. Take the remaining ghee , heat it and fry the green chilly and curry leaves. Then put the rava (suji) into it and roast it till it becomes pink colour. Take out and keep it for cooling. Then add soda powder, salt, cashew nut, coriander leaves, grated coconut, curd and keep it for ten minutes to get soaked

The take the idli making vessel and pour two cup of water. Then grease the idli mould with the oil and pour the spoon full of batter into each mould and steam it. On getting cooled you can serve with chutney
