Ingredients

Rava – 4 Cups
Black Gram – 1 3/4 cup
salt – as required

Method

Soak black gram for 4 hours. Keep rava for soaking in luke warm water for 4 hours. grind the black gram in mixer. Drain the Rava and mix with the black gram. Add salt. Keep this overnight for fermenting. Next day morning you can make soft iddly.
