Ingredients

Rava – ¼ Kilo
Onion – 1
Coconut Grated – 1 handul.
Ginger – 1 Small piece
Curd – Not much sour – ¼ glass
Cumin Seed – 1 spoon
Green chillies , Curry leaves, salt , water – As required

Preparation

In a mixer grind the Rava , Onion chopped pieces, coconut, ginger along with curd and required water and make a fine batter. Add Green chillies , curry leaves and required salt and cumin seed to the batter and mix well. Keep Tawa on the stove and once it get heated pour the batter and spread round. Dosa Ready.
