Ingredients:

Ragi – 1 glass
Black gram – 1/2 glass
Rice – 1/2 glass
Fenugreek – 2 spoon
Drumstick leaves – a handful
Curry leaves – 3 strips
Salt – to taste
Water – as required

Procedure:
Add ragi, black gram, rice and fenugreek and soak in water for 12 hours. Grind this mix along with drumstick leaves and curry leaves. Prepare the dosa as usual dosa is prepared.
