Maida – 1 cup
Atta – 1 cup
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Carrot , Raddish – 4 tbsp
Ghee – to fry
Salt – as needed

Procedure:
Mix well Maida, raddish, 1/2 tbsp jeera powder and salt with some water. Mix atta, 1/2 tbsp jeera powder, salt  and carrot well. From both the doughs make balls. Prepare these balls as it is for Chappathi. Cut it into 2 pieces. Now take the half of the cut chappathi from both the doughs and fix. Prepare the chappathi in a frying pan by adding ghee. Serve with dry fruit kuruma.
