Biriyani Rice – ½ kilo
Coconut milk – 2 no
Prawns – ½ kilo
Onion – 4 no
Green chilly – 6 no
Garlic – 10 cloves
Ginger – one big piece
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Coconut oil – ¼ cup
Cardamom – 2 no
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Coriander leaves – as required
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the rice and then grind it by adding coconut milk and cardamom. Grind it to make a fine paste. Marinate the prawns with chilly powder, salt and curry leaves. Then fry the marinated prawns. Heat coconut oil in a pan , fry the onion till it become golden colour. then add green chillies, garlic, ginger , curry leaves and fry. Then add the fried prawns . Finally add the coriander leaves and can remove from the stove.

Heat the steamer . take a vessel and grease it with ghee. Pour the batter into it and steam it. When it get cooked spread the prawns mix. Then again pour the batter and then again the spread the prawns mix. Repeat the process and cook it by steaming
