Wheat flour – 2 cup
Egg – 3
Onion – 1
Maida – 2 cup
Potato – 4
Olive oil

Method of Preparation

Boil two eggs and remove the shell and cut it in round pieces. Boil the potato and smash it. cut the onion into thin pieces.
Take a pan and heat. Then add little olive oil or ordinary oil . add chopped onion and saute. The onion should be sauted till it becomes light brown colour. then add wheat flour into it and mix. Also add the egg pieces and little salt into it and mix. When this get heated you can remove it from the stove. then beat the egg ad add it into the smashed potato. Mix this thoroughly and mix it without forming lumps. Mix this without forming the lumps. Also add maida into it and knead it like you do for chappathi. Take little out of this dough and spread round slightly by using palm or chapathi spreader. Then fill it with earlier prepared wheat mix . then cover it . you can again spread it by using your palm. Take a pan. Heat oil and fry till it becomes golden colour.
