Ingredients :

Atta (Wheat Flour) – 2 cup
Ghee – 1 tea spoon
Salt – As required
Oil – As required ( for deep frying poori)
Little wheat flour for dusting

Method of cooking :

Mix Wheat flour (Atta) , ghee, and salt in a bowl. Then add little water at a time and make a stiff and smooth dough. Dough should not be too stiff nor too soft. If the dough is patted well then you can get a soft Poori. Make equal sized smooth balls from the dough and roll it out into circles with the help of rolling pin dusting a little flour. Heat Oil in a pan . when the oil is hot enough take the rolled out dough and put it in the oil and fry. Flip of the other side and fry till golden colour. Take out from the oil and the poori is ready to serve.
