
Ingredients
Potato – big – 2 ( boil it in water)
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Carrot – 1
Green chilly – 4
Method of preparation
Boil the potato in water. Peel off the skin and cut into small pieces and fry it in little oil. Add one spoon of turmeric powder, required water and salt into the mashed potato and keep it in stove till the gravy get thickened. Take little coconut oil and heat . add mustard seed and allow to splutter. And then add curry leaves . Baaji is ready.
Poori is made as usual as we make chappathi. Make the dough into small balls and spread round and deep fry in oil.
