
Ingredients
1. Rice batter – 1 cup
2. Onion finely sliced – 1 cup
3. Ginger, finely sliced – one small piece
4. Tomato finely sliced- two
5. Salt and water – as required.
6. Egg – 2
7. Coriander leaves
Method
Mix all the ingredients, thicker than the dosa batter, Heat the dosa pan and spread the mix. Cook on both sides. Garnish with onion, tomato and capsicum, sliced lengthwise.
