Dosa Dough – 2 cups
Salt – a pinch
Pineapple – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp

Grind the pineapple with some water. Add this to the dosa dough. Add salt and sugar and mix well. On a dosa pan add some ghee and prepare the dosa. Serve hot.
