Ingredients:
Green Gram – 1/4 cup
Channa – 1/4 cup
Rice – 1/4 cup
Ground nut – 1/4 cup
Ginger – a small piece
Green chilly – 2
Jeera – 1/2 cup
Shallot – 10
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Salt – to taste
Corriander – 1 tbsp
Gingely oil – as needed

Preparation:
Soak the cereals and rice well. Grind well the soaked ones along with ginger, shallot, jeera, salt and green chilly. Add curry leaves and corriander leaves to this. Mix well. Prepare the dosa in a dosa pan adding gingely oil.
