1.Urud Dal – ½ cup
2.Fenugreek seed – one pinch
3.Pachari – 1 cup
4.Ponniari – ½ cup
5.Paneer powdered – 1 cup
6.Onion cut into small pieces – ½ cup
7.Tomato cut into small pieces – ½ cup
8.Green chilly cut into small pieces – 2 spoon

Method of preparation

1.Soak Urud dal, fenugreek, pachari, and ponniyari and keep it aside
2. Grind urud dal and rice separately and add required salt. Then mix all these together and keep it separate for 3-4 hours.
3. Take paneer powder, onion, tomato, green chillies, and mix well.
4. Grease the dosa pan with oil and then pour the batter into it. Pour it thick. Then top of it keep the prepared mixture and can serve hot.
