Wheat Flour – ½ cup
Soy flour – 2 table spoon

For filling

Paneer – 150 gram
Green chilly – 5 ( chopped finely)
Onion – 1 ( chopped finely)
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon ( chopped finely)
Salt – as required
Oil – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation
Mix the wheat flour and soy flour. Add required water to make this into a soft dough. Take the ingredients of filling in a vessel and mix. Make the dough into small lemon size balls. Dip the dough ball in wheat flour and place it on a clean flat surface for rolling and make it in the shape of disc. Place one portion of the paneer mixture on the dis c and pull up sides of the disc around the peneer. Pitch the dough at the top to seal it. Then again flatten the stuffed dough and dip into dry flour to coat all sides. Roll out into larger disc . Place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook until bubbles start to appear on the top. Add ghee or oil while cooking. Paneer Paratha is ready.
