Panam powder – ¼ cup
Salt – as required
Nenthrapazham – 1
Ghee – 1 ½ tea spoon
Kismis, cashew nut, – ½ table spoon
Shallots – 2
Cardamom – 1
Water – as required

Method of preparation

Mix the panam powder in water. When the powder comes to bottom and get separated from water , drain out the water . take a pan heat ghee. Add shallots, cashewnut, kismis and saute. Then pour water and add the panam powder. Stir continuously so that lumps are not formed. Cut the banana to small pieces and add sugar, cardamom powder, and salt and mix. Can serve hot.
