For Poori

Palak steamed and made into paste – 1 cup
Maida – 3 cup
Ghee – 2 table spoon
Oil – to fry
Salt – as required

Other ingredients

Potato boiled and cut into small pieces – 400 gram
Cumin powder , chilly powder – 1 tables spoon
Lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Oil – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Spread chilly powder and salt into the potato cut pieces and marinate it and keep it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed and fry till it get splutter. When it get splutter add potato and fry for 3-4 minutes. Pour lemon juice and mix it.

To make dough for poori

Mix maida , salt and ghee with finger tips. Pour the palak paste into it and knead it well to make a dough. Make the dough into very small pieces and spread it to round shape. Heat required oil in a pan to fry the pooris. Add poori into the hot oil and fry till it become black. Break the bubbles and fill there with potato filling. Make all the pooris like this.
