Ingredients:

Rice – 1 cup
Urud Dal – ¼ cup
Onion – 1 cup (sliced very thin)
Green chillies – 4 nos
Oil – as required
Salt – To Taste

Preparation:

Soak Rice and Urud dal in water for three hours.  Once it gets soaked grind the same to make batter. Then add salt as required. Mix the batter well and keep it for one night. Next day add the sliced onion and green chillies in the batter and mix well and keep it aside. Heat a tawa and rub some oil. Once it get heat pour one spoon of batter to the tawa and spread it make a round shape.  Pour oil and roast both sides.
