Puzhukkalari – one measure ( naazhi)
Pachari – one measure
Urud dal – one measure
Onion – ½ kilo
Green chillies – 6
Curry leaves – 2 strand
Cumin seed – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Soak the puzhkkalari and Pachari together in water. Soak the urud dal separately. On getting soaked grind both rice and urud dal separately. Then mix both the batters by adding required salt and keep it aside.
Heat a dosa pan. Pour little batter on the center of the pan and spread it round thick. When it gets half cooked add spread chopped onion , green chillies and curry leaves on top of it and cook it by pressing slightly. Then flip the other side and cook.
