
Ingredients
1. Oats – 2 cup
2. Rice batter – ¼ cup
3. Roasted suji – 2 tea spoon
4. Wheat flour – 2 tea spoon
5. Onion chopped – 1 cup
6. Carrot chopped – ½ cup
7. Ginger / Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
8. Pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
9. Cumin powder – 2 tea spoon
10. Green chilly – 2 nos
11. Coriander leaves – 2 leaves
12. Salt – as required
Method of Preparation
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients. Add the required water and grind it to fine paste. Grease the dosa pan with oil and pour little batter to the center of the tawa . using the back of your ladle gently spread the batter with a circular motion from the center towards the side of the tawa. Flip both sides and cook . you can serve the oats dosa with chutney
