Oats – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Ragi – 1/4 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp

Preparation Method:

Mix well all the ingredients by adding water except salt and oil. Keep this for 15 minutes. Heat a pan and add some oil or ghee to it. Pour the oats batter. Add some oil in the sides. When it is cooked, turn it the other side round and cook well. When cooked well, serve with Chutney.
