Ingredients:
Rice – 500gm
Green gram – 100 gm
Fenugreek – 30gm
Shallot – 50gm
Garlic – 20gm
Plantain, Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, Padavalam, Cucumber – 50gm
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Green chilly
Salt
Ginger
Curry leaves
Corriander leaves
Cumin seeds

Preparation:
Cook green gram and fenugreek. When this is half cooked, add the rice. Add to this all the vegetables, shallot and garlic and cook. Add turmeric powder . When it is cooked add coconut to it. Add green chilly, ginger, curry leaves, corriander leaves and cumin seeds grinded to this and then add salt as needed. Cook well and serve.
