Egg – 5
Broken wheat of suji – 150 gram
Green chilly chopped – 3
Tomato chopped – 2
Onion – 1
Turmeric powder – as required
Meat masala – ½ spoon
Curry leaves – one strand
Carrot – 1 ( boiled by making small pieces)
Green peas – 50 gram
Salt, oil – as required

Method of preparation

Boil the the broken wheat or suji. Beat the egg by adding turmeric powder and salt. Take a non stick pan pour little coconut oil, add the chopped onion, green chillies, tomato , curry leaves and saute well. When the onion gets fried well, add the carrot, green peas into it and sauté. Then add the boiled wheat / suji into it and stir. Keep the flame in low and bring this mixture into the middle of pan and close the lid.

The side of the pan should be empty. After that pour the beaten egg on top of it . when the egg spreads on sides you will get a good shape. Flip the other side and cook without breaking it. Nadan Pizza ready.
