Rava – 1 ½ cup
Black Gram – 1 cup
Ponni rice – ½ cup
Pressed rice(Rice flakes) – hand full
Fenugreek – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as required


Soak Rice, Blackgram, Rice flakes and fenugreek for a whole night. Grind this in the morning. Mix a cup of water into the Rava and pour it into the dosa mix. Keep aside for 10 hours for fermentation. Make dosas with this. Paste on one side till half with coconut chammanthi. On the other half spread the potato curry pre-prepared. Fold it and the dosa is ready.
