Ingredients:

Lamb minced – 100gm
Dosa dough – 100 gm
Ginger – 5gm
Green chilly – 10gm
Tomato cut pieces – 50 gm
Curry leaves – little
Garam masala – a pinch
Chilly powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder – little
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Sort little turmeric, chilly and corriander powder in oil. Add savala. tomato, ginger, green chilly, garam masala to this. Add the minced lamb and required salt to it. Make a dosa , put the lamb mixture on the dosa and cook well.
