Ingredients

1. Mushroom Chopped into pieces – one cup
2. Onion – chopped – one cup\
3. Green chilly – 6 nos
4. Ginger – one piece
5. Curry leaves – little
6. Tomato – chopped – ½ cup
7. Coconut oil – 3 tea spoon
8. Coconut milk – 1 cup

For Masala

1. Shallots – 4 no
2. Fennel seed – 1 tea spoon
3. Coriander powder – 3 table spoon
4. Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, green chilly, ginger an curry leaves. Add tomato and masala ingredients into it. When the masala get set ad the chopped mushroom . Cook it till it get thickens and keep it aside.

For Pathiri

1. Pathiri flour – 2 cup
2. Grated coconut – ½ cup
3. Fennel seed – ½ tea spoon
4. Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Knead the grated coconut, fennel seed, rice flour by adding little water and make the dough. Take the banana leaf and spread the dough in the leaf in round shape. Fill the earlier prepared masala mix into the pathiri and fold it like ada and steam it. Mushroom pathiri is ready
