
Ingredients
1. Muringayila ( drumstick leaves) – chopped – 1 ½ cup
2. Wheat flour – 4 cup
3. Salt – as required
4. Ghee – 3 spoon
5. Water – as required
Method of preparation
Mix the wheat flour, required salt and muringayila ( drum stick leaves) and one spoon of ghee. Heat water and pour the required water little by little to make a soft dough. Knead the dough till it become soft. ( the dough should not be too tight or too loose. ) Once the dough is ready keep it aside for ten minutes. Take little portion of the dough and make it form small lemon sized balls. Then roll each ball into thin circles . dust flour if required while rolling. Heat tawa and fry both sides of chappathi by adding ghee.
