Method of preparation

Clean the radish and peel off the skin. Take 1 ¼ glass wheat flour and add half glass of grated radish. Add two green chillies, one piece of crushed ginger, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Add required water and knead this into dough. If you have good radish leaves , you can chop and add. After that make it into small balls and roll it round in a roller. Then cook it in dosa pan. Flip both side and cook.
Can serve hot
