Ingredients:
Sooji – 1/4 cup
Atta – 1/2 cup
Maida – 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Dal grinded – 1/4 cup
Dried red chilly – 4
Onion – 1/4 kg
Salt, Oil – as needed

Preparation method:
Add all the ingredients together except oil. Heat a pan, add some oil or ghee and pour a spoon of the mixture into it and cook like as dosa is prepared.
