Pumpkin green colour (pacha Mathan) – 1 kilo
Fenugreek seed – ¼ tea spoon
Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
Hing – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – as required
Dried chilly – 2
Refined Oil – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation
Take a pressure cooker. Heat the oil, add fenugreek, cumin seed, hing, chilly powder, turmeric powder , dried chilly, pumpkin, salt and cook it by adding without water. On getting cooked add wheat flour and knead it . then prepare the pooris. Can serve with Curd of pickle.
