Green Peas and Mushroom are healthy food. Nowadays every one is health conscious and hence most of us shifted to chappathi from rice. In North the stuffed Chappathi is called parathas. So let us make Green peas mushroom paratha

Mushroom Peas Paratha


Wheat flour – 2 cup
Mushroom – cut into small pieces – ½ cup
Panner powdered – 2 big spoon
Green peas cooked – 3 tea spoon
Green chilly – 4
Ginger – one piece
Curd – ½ cup

Method of preparation

Knead the Wheat flour by adding required salt and little water to make a dough. Keep the dough aside for some time. When the dough gets little hard add the chopped mushroom , green chillies, and ginger and knead it again. Then add curd Green peas, panner and knead it again. Make it into small balls and spread it to round shape. Heat a pan and cook both sides by adding little ghee . Mushroom Peas paratha is ready.
