Wheat Flour – 2 cup
Maida – ½ cup

Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder – ¼ tea spoon
Cumin Powder – ¼ tea spoon
Ghee – ½ tea spoon
Oil / Salt / Water – As required

Method of Preparation

Take Maida and Wheat flour and mix it with ghee like you do to mix it for pootu. Add Chilly powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder and knead it to make a dough. Dough should be soft. Roll it to make round by dusting the flour and fry it in oil . Cook both sides and masala poori is ready.
