Ingredients:
Rice – 3 cup
Egg – 4
Beans, carrot – 1 cup each
Savala chopped – 1/2 cup
Green chilly – 2
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Corriander leaves chopped – 1/4 cup
Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
Oil, Salt

Preparation:
Cut the vegetables to small pieces. Soak the rice in water for 4 hours. Grind the rice and egg in a mixer grinder. It should not be too loose. Add the vegetables and salt to the rice mix. Add oil to a pan and pour a spoonful of the dough to the pan. When this gets cooked, turn to the next side. Cook well. Serve with fish curry or beef curry.
