Rice – 500 gram
Black gram (urud dal) – 300 gram
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the rice and Urud dal and Grind both separately. Then mix both the batter by adding salt and keep it aside.

For masala Ingredients

Potato – 500 gram
Onion – 750 gram
Curry leaves – 1 Strip
Green chillies – 5 nos
Mustard seed – 1 spoon
Coconut oil – 2 big spoon

Method of preparation

Boil the potatoes and peel of the skin. Heat a pan , pour oil and add the mustard seed, allow it to splutter. Then add onion and Green chillies which is sliced round and fry. While getting fried add the smashed potato , ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder and required salt and mix well

Heat the Dosa Tawa. When the tawa get heated Spread some oil and pour some dosa batter in the middle of the tawa and spread it to become round shape. Place some potato mix above the dosa When it getting fried place some of the Potato mix above the dosa. Then fold it and keep on change the sides till it get fried properly.
