Rice ( Pachari) – 500 gram
Urud dal ( black gram) – 200 gram
Maida – 100 gram
Potato – 350 gram
Onion – 250 gram
Green chillies – 5
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Ginger – 1 piece
Ghee – ½ cup
Coconut oil – 3 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the rice and urud dal separately and grind it separately. Then add maida, required salt and prepare the batter as you will do it for making dosa. Keep this batter for six hours. Cut the potato and ginger . boil it by adding required salt, water, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Drain out the water and add the spluttered mustard seed ito it. then place the dosa tawa in the stove and heat. Grease it with ghee and pour one spoon of the prepared rice batter on top of it spread round and make it thin round. Then pour half tea spoon of ghee on top of the dosa and later place the masala mix on top of the dosa and fold it.
