1.Maida flour – 115 gram
2.Ghee – 30 gram
3. Mango juice – 55 – 85 gram
4.Sugar – 1 spoon

Method of preparation
1. Take maida flour and add ghee into it.
2. Then add the mango juice into it and knead it to become a soft dough.
3. Keep this aside for some time and after that make this dough into equal size balls and spread little like puri.
4. Heat oil and fry these puri’s.
5.While taking out spread sugar into It and can serve.
