Lady’s finger (Head portion) – 2 cup
Rice (used to make idli) – 2 cup
Uzhunnu – 1 cup
Savala – 1/2 cup
Fenugreek – 3 tbsp
Oil, Salt, Green chilly, curry leaves – as needed

Soak the rice and uzhunnu in water for 4 hours. Add the lady’s finger to this and grind well as well for dosa. Keep for 6 hours. Add sorted savala, green chilly, salt and curry leaves and cook like Ghee roast.
