Ingredients

Rice flour – one kg
Beef – one kg
Onion – half kg
Tomato – quarter kg
Chilly Powder – two table spoon
Coriander powder – three table spoon
Turmeric powder – one teaspoon
Black pepper powder – one table spoon
Garam Masala powder – one teaspoon
Coconut oil – quarter kg
Curry leaves – some
Coriander leaves – some
Salt – as required

Method

Mix rice flour in hot water and keep for half an hour. Make small balls and spread and make small dip at the centre.

Cut beef into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker till one whistle. Take oil in a pan and fry onion and add other items and add the cooked beef and stir well. Add the small pathirees. It is better to add some grated coconut and a spoon of coconut oil. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
