Pachari ( rice ) – 2 cup
Karikku – 1
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Coconut oil – as required
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the pachari in water for half an hour.then grind it by adding tender coconut ( karikku) and tender coconut water , cumin seed. Also add required salt into it. heat a dosa pan. Pour little batter into it and spread like dosa and cook both the sides by flipping it. you can serve this with Chilly chutney.
