Kappa – 1 kilo
Grated coconut – 2 cup
Coconut oil – 5 table spoon
Mustard seed – 1 table spoon
Ginger chopped – 1 piece
Green chilly ( cut round) – 8
Onion chopped – ½ cup
Curry leaves – as required

Method of preparation

Peel of the skin of tapioca ( kappa). Then add required salt and boil. when it get cooked drain out the water and smash the kappa. Add grated coconut and mix. Take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seed and allow to splutter. Add Ginger, Onion, green chilly, curry leaves and saute. Add this in the smashed kappa and mix. Serve hot.
