Ingredients

Kappa ( Tapioca ) – 1 Kilo
Salt – As Required
Grated coconut – As required

Method of preparation

Peel the skin and wash the tapioca and cut the same into very thin pieces and make it dry by keeping it in the sun. Powder the dried tapioca and can store. Take out the required tapioca powder and mix salt and water and sprinkle it and mix well. continue till it becomes wet.
Take the puttu maker . put some grated coconut over that and put the wet flour. Cook it until the steam comes out from the top.
