1. 2 cup rice ( pachari)
2. 1 cup grated coconut
3. Yeast – ¼ tea spoon / toddy – 1 glass
4. Sugar – 6 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Soak the rice for 8 hours and powder it. Dissolve the sugar and yeast in Luke warm water and keep it for 15 minutes to ferment. Mix 2 spoon of rice flour in one cup water and cook it in low flame till it becomes tepid. Mix the Rice flour, grated coconut, yeast mixture, tepid mixture and make it a thick batter and keep it aside for 10 hours to ferment . after 8 hours add 3 spoon of sugar and again keep it for 15 minutes. Then add the salt . Take a tawa and grease it with oil. Pour a scoop of the batter and do spread it and cook.
