Bread – 8 slice – ( remove the hard sides)
Suji Rava – 1/3 cup
Rice flour – 1 tea spoon
Curd – 2- 3 tea spoon
Garlic, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves – chopped
Mustard seed, urud dal , dal
Salt , oil – as required

Method of preparation

1) Take one pan, heat oil and add mustard seed and allow to splutter. Then add urud dal, chopped onion, ginger, green chilly , curry leaves into it and saute. Later keep this to get cooled.
2) Then take the side removed bread pieces and soak it in water for one or two minutes.
3) Take the rice flour, suji(rava) and salt and water and make the paste.
Then squeeze out the excess water from the bread pieces. And smash it

4) Then take the smashed bread and the prepared paste and beat it slightly in a mixer.
5) Add the saute onion and required salt into it and mix and prepare batter.
While preparing batter , it should have dosa batter consistency. Excess water will make problem . you can mix the batter and can make dosas out of it.

6) Take a dosa pan and heat. Pour little batter into it and spread round as you do to make dosa. Then put little oil on sides of it and cook both sides by flipping it.
